The thesis

Water decides how big AI gets.

Compute is scaling faster than the planet can cool it. Water and power are now the hard physical limits on the AI buildout, and the number that gates every new facility is one no one can verify.

Why now

The number that decides the permit. Nobody can check it.

Jurisdictions started counting in 2025–26, and they count in opposite directions. Every path runs through a water figure no third party can verify, and every hyperscaler has pledged “water-positive by 2030” on exactly that unverifiable number.

We sell the verified record first, asset-light, high-margin, shippable today. The Node opens a second, larger line once the software owns the account. The value, and the equity, live in the software layer.

The physical layer · in build

The Node recovers water from the facility's own waste heat.

A containerised recovery plant that turns rejected thermal energy into reclaimed water on site, and signs what it recovers to the same standard. Drawn to the level a fabricator can quote; staged after the software proves the account.
